From the outside, you look like you have it together. Inside, you don't feel like you — like you're performing a version of yourself you don't quite recognize.
You're stressed. Pleasing everyone except yourself. Present, but not really — replaying what went wrong, then doing it all again tomorrow. And what lives inside you, your children feel — long before you say a word.
Did you know that you are amazing? Just by being a mother, walking this planet today, under all the pressure that society puts on us from everywhere. You are extraordinary.
This is the work.

We were never meant to do this alone — and what lives inside you, your children feel, long before you ever say a word. This is why the work you do on yourself was never just about you.
Learn more about my approach →This isn't about fixing your child, or becoming a "better" version of yourself for everyone else to see. It's about the quieter question underneath: who am I, underneath everything I've learned to perform?
It's about understanding what actually lives inside you — the wounds, the old survival strategies, the parts of you that learned early that looking okay was safer than being honest — and learning to meet all of it with awareness, presence, and compassion, instead of managing it from the outside. Because the pattern doesn't stay still just because you're not looking at it. Left unfelt, it doesn't disappear — it just finds a new moment to ask to be felt, and then another, and another, each time a little stronger. Not because you're failing. Because what hasn't been met keeps knocking.
Not a checklist. Not something you finish and move past — a rhythm you return to, again and again, each time a little deeper.
Grounded in Conscious Parenting (Dr. Shefali), Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté), and trauma-informed body awareness.
Awareness isn't something you force — it's a practice, and it works through paradox. The instant you notice "I'm not really here right now," you already are. That flicker of realizing you'd drifted is itself the shift back. Nothing to fix, nothing to force. Just to notice. And once you can see it, everything starts to change.
Choosing not to run from an emotion — or numb it — is already a massive start. With trust and awareness, you build the safety to stay with what you feel in your body, and see it for what it is: a feeling passing through you, not a truth about who you are. Just by staying, the healing begins. And underneath it, something even more beautiful happens — your own wisdom, your own inner voice, gets louder.
Your whole world can trigger your inner child. But no one can trigger her — or make you feel as vulnerable — the way your own children can: the not listening, the face they give you across the dinner table, the overwhelm when nothing feels like enough, even though you haven't stopped moving all day. But they have nothing to do with any of it — they're just a child, growing up exactly as they should. What gets touched is older than this moment, and it's been waiting to be noticed. Connect to her, see all she felt, and you come home to yourself — she finally feels safe, and you stop looking for approval, because you already know your own worth.
Some integration happens here, with me, in the safety of our sessions. But real integration isn't found in a session room — it's forged in your actual life, in the exact moments your patterns rise up uninvited: the school gate, the meltdown, the silence after you snap. That's where you slowly become more and more conscious. Moment by moment, that consciousness guides you toward a different path — the one your inner being always wanted to go. And that's where your life actually starts to change.
Remember: your inner world is the air your children breathe. Which means this work doesn't stay with you — it changes what they grow up breathing, too.
The pattern that's been quietly passed down, generation after generation, without anyone ever choosing it — this is how it starts to stop. Not through more discipline, more control, more trying harder. Through your own healing. What you meet and integrate in yourself, you stop unconsciously handing to them.
That's how a cycle actually breaks. Not with them. With you, first.
And then watched my own unhealed past come rushing to the surface. It took one book, and years of showing up for myself, to find my way back.
