A little bit about Kajsa.

I was born in Sweden, but I now live in El Escorial, in the mountains outside Madrid.

After years of studying Conscious Parenting and spirituality, I became a Certified Conscious Parenting Coach with Dr. Shefali Tsabary (2023) and a Trauma-Informed Compassionate Inquiry Coach with Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur ND (2024).

In my twenties, I travelled the world, believing I was a free spirit, but in reality, I was running from my childhood pain. Everything changed when my first child emotionally rejected me 10 years ago. Searching for answers, I discovered Dr. Shefali and Conscious Parenting, leading to a profound awakening. As I learned to accept myself, I saw my children flourish, feeling safer and more connected.

Today, I help others reconnect with their inner power and embrace both parenting and life. My sons, Óscar and Benji, are my greatest teachers. Thanks to them, I woke up.
